Isn't a CRM for large companies only?

Not at all, experience has thought us that every company can benefit of using a good CRM tool. This allows everyone in the company to keep focus on the important things: clients and its service.

When can I cancel the services?

We offer yearly or monthly plans. A monthly plan can be canceled every month. If you choose to take a yearly plan you benefit of a nice discount. There are no refunds on yearly plans.

What makes OPRISE different from other feedback companies?

We're not just your regular feedback company. In fact, we even cooperate with feedback companies. The strength of our business is analysis. We gather all data from your clients feedback, CRM and other packages in your business. This allows us to predict when your clients are unhappy and possibly at a churning point. Our business is to analyse and predict, not just gathering feedback.

How will I get my reports?

Thanks to our partners, we can fully integrate with your existing CRM. This allows us to write our data into your package. If required, we can setup notifications, e-mail flows or other messaging tools to communicate.
